Several diet recipes

Steamed fish cutlets.

Diet recipes for gastritis include the use of lean fish. It is useful to eat hake, cod, pollock at least 2-3 times a week. You can buy ready-made fillets. Otherwise, you have to cut the carcass.

  • 200 g of fish fillet;
  • 50 grams of white bread pulp;
  • 3 tablespoons milk;
  • 1 egg white;
  • 15 grams of butter;
  • salt to a minimum.

Mix cellulose soaked in milk into fish fillets. Salt the mass, roll it twice in a meat grinder. Add protein to minced meat, mix well. Make small meatballs and steam. Pour melted butter over the dish before serving.

Steamed omelet.

Quail eggs are an excellent alternative to omelet eggs. They are considered very useful and come out more subtle.

  • 10 quail eggs;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 teaspoons of flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold).

Beat several times and mix the eggs. All other ingredients are added to them except oil. Many gastritis recipes allow the use of finely chopped herbs, so you can add dill for the smell. Whisk the mass a little and pour into a greased form, cook on a steam bath.

Baked apples with cottage cheese.

food options for gastritis

This recipe is suitable even for patients with acute gastritis. The list of fruits allowed in case of illness, especially in the first weeks, is small. As a rule, these are baked bananas and apples. The dessert is easily digested and contains pectin, which improves digestion.

  • 3-4 apples;
  • 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
  • 10 g of starch.

Wash the fruit well, cut the tops into "caps". Using a small spoon, gently remove the seeds and part of the pulp in a circle. The walls of the apples should be at least 1 cm.

Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, yolks and starch in a filling mixer. If available, add vanilla sugar. Tightly "fill" the apples with the sweet mass and put in a mold with the edges. The sweets should be stored in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Pouring a little water under the bread pan will make baked apples more sensitive.
